Ruitool are a Japanese manufacturer most often associated with Gundam and Gunpla.
These basic single-bladed nippers are an ideal upgrade if you've been using cheap double-bladed nippers. They hold the item in place against flat "anvil" side of the jaw whilst the sharp bladed side then cuts into the plastic - much as you'd use a knife on a chopping board. This creates a much smoother and cleaner removal of parts since the plastic is being cut rather than stressed and fracturing as it does with double-bladed nippers.
